Our delivery is integral to our business. We want your order to arrive in perfect condition and on time, so we use professional couriers for all deliveries over 1kg.

We endeavour to deliver stock products within five working days. If for any reason we can't we'll contact you to let you know why and give you a delivery date.

For bespoke products we will contact you to advise of delivery.

We use the best national couriers with proven records of delivery for all items weighing 1 kilo and over, under a kilo we send by first class Royal Mail. We can track all courier deliveries electronically so we always know where they are.

If you are placing an order for delivery outside the UK to a country during checkout your delivery charges will be recalculated. If your location is beyond our current delivery areas, the system will prompt you to contact us using a simple form to receive your delivery charges.

We know that sometimes you need something quickly, or want something to arrive on a specific day or date. In these cases please contact us and if for any reason we can't do what you ask we'll tell you straight away.

Our transformers come in suitable packaging to give them maximum protection.
